Executive Flyers Aviation (EFA) is the oldest continuously operated flight school in New England. Michael’s father, Myron Goulian, learned to fly in the 1940s, and it was his passion for training students that led him to found EFA in 1964. He started with just one airplane on the line and he was the only instructor. Through the next four decades, with the help of his wife, Rita, and his two sons, Michael and Matthew, the company grew into the greater Boston area’s premier flight school. Today, Michael is the President of EFA and it is one of the nation’s largest Cessna Pilot Centers.

Executive Flyers Aviation operates over 30 aircraft, employs nearly 40 full-time personnel and trains hundreds of students each year. Their concentrated and advanced training courses, as well as their top-notch aerobatics program, have attracted clients from as far away as Europe. The business has grown to include airplane rental, new and used aircraft sales, and all maintenance is performed in their full-service hangar.
